NOT ALL RV INSPECTOR QUALIFICATIONS ARE THE SAME
Certification establishes the foundation. Blue Ox Endorsement requires demonstrated performance in the field and continued accountability to Blue Ox standards.

WHAT DOES BLUE OX ENDORSED REALLY MEAN?
Blue Ox Endorsement is not awarded simply for completing a course. It is earned through hands on training, independent RV inspections, detailed report review, correction, professional client communication and demonstrated ability to consistently perform to Blue Ox standards.
Endorsement is not given. It is earned. And once earned, it must be protected.
HOW BLUE OX ENDORSEMENT IS EARNED
1. Intensive Hands On Training
Real RV systems, inspection procedures and reporting protocols.
2. Independent Field Inspections
Teams and couples complete full RV inspections on their own after training.
3. Reports Submitted for Review
Typically three to four complete reports are submitted to Blue Ox for detailed review.
4. Coaching, Correction and Resubmission
Reports are reviewed line by line, corrected when necessary and resubmitted until Blue Ox standards are consistently demonstrated.
5. Endorsement Earned
Endorsement is awarded only when inspection procedures, reporting, communication, timeliness and professionalism meet Blue Ox standards.
There is no automatic number of reports that guarantees Blue Ox Endorsement.
Each team or couple continues through review, coaching and field evaluation until Blue Ox standards are consistently demonstrated. Some may reach that level sooner than others.
BLUE OX ENDORSEMENT IS EARNED AND MAINTAINED
Earning Blue Ox Endorsement is only the beginning of an ongoing commitment to quality. Active Blue Ox Endorsed inspection teams and couples continue to meet Blue Ox standards for thorough inspections, factual reporting, professional communication, timely delivery and ethical conduct.
Blue Ox periodically reviews current inspection reports and may request reports for quality assurance. This continued oversight helps ensure that when Blue Ox refers an Endorsed RV inspection team, that team continues to perform to the same standards that earned the Endorsement in the first place.
When additional coaching or review is needed, Blue Ox works directly with the team to strengthen consistency and ensure Blue Ox standards continue to be met. Only teams maintaining current Blue Ox standards remain active and eligible for Blue Ox referrals.
Endorsement is earned through performance and maintained through accountability.
WHY BLUE OX ENDORSEMENT MATTERS TO AN RV BUYER
When Blue Ox refers an Endorsed inspection team, that team has already demonstrated its ability to inspect, document and report to Blue Ox standards. The goal is simple: whether Pierre and Laurel perform the inspection personally or a Blue Ox Endorsed team is sent, the buyer should receive the same level of thoroughness, factual reporting, professionalism and accountability.
Blue Ox does not simply place inspection teams on a list. Endorsed teams remain accountable to the standards they earned, giving RV buyers an added level of confidence when choosing an independent RV inspection team.
Blue Ox does not refer a name. We refer a proven team.
