I had been watching Blue Ox on the Run inspections on YouTube for some time. When I purchased my brand new RV at the Tampa RV show, that evening I contacted Pierre and Laurel and met with them the following day. As I reside out of state I needed someone I could trust to do the inspection. I am so very glad I did. As a solo RVer I needed to ensure my brand new rig was "up to par". WOW! What can you say about Blue Ox and Laurel & Pierre but Timely, Fair, Accurate, Informative and most importantly Relationship. Pierre and Laurel inspected my Beautiful Brand New 2022 Thor Magnitude at the dealership. I live several thousand of miles from the dealership and needed to make sure the RV was ready to go when I showed up for delivery. Blue OX found many items that needed to be installed or fixed prior to my taking delivery of the RV. If it was not for having the inspection, I am sure many of the issues found, I would not have found until I was off the lot and other items, it would have been a very long day or two at the dealership while they were fixed or installed. I can not thank Pierre and Laurel enough. They communicated with me prior the inspection setting expectations and time frame. Pierre and Laurel talked with me while doing the inspection, on their trip home from the inspection in their truck, the evening of the inspection and the following day. If you like communication you get it from Pierre and Laurel. Blue Ox gave me an inspection report (Over 80 pages long with pictures and videos) and a customer repair list (CRL). I gave the CLR to the dealership. The dealership paused for a minute when they saw how expansive and comprehensive the CRL was. Because of the toughness and attached pictures in the CLR they dealership said, "Well I guess we need to fix these items prior to delivery." I am certain with out the Blue Ox CRL many of the items would have gone un-noticed until I was several thousands of miles away. I am so happy that when I was looking for a RV inspection I choose Blue Ox because of their inspection is so thorough, detailed and comprehensive. When you consider the time and trouble they have saved me the money spent was the best savings investment I have made in a long time. I could have chosen a much cheaper firm to do the inspection but I am glad I did not. I got what I paid for from Pierre and Laurel. Thank you Pierre and Laurel!
