Pierre’s experience has always been hands on. Beginning his entrepreneurial journey at just 16 years old, he built successful businesses in manufacturing, trucking, and heavy equipment, developing a strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction, craftsmanship, and quality.

That experience eventually led Pierre to design and manufacture Blue Ox Log Loader Trailers, where precision, durability, and attention to detail were essential.

Today, Pierre brings that experience to Blue Ox RV Inspection. As a certified NRVIA inspector and RVTAA registered technician, he approaches every RV with a trained eye and the belief that the smallest details can make a big difference.

Through the Blue Ox RV Inspection Academy, Pierre takes inspectors beyond the classroom and into real world RV inspections, working beside them as they learn what to look for, how to think through what they find, and how to become confident, thorough inspectors. His goal isn’t simply to teach a process, but to pass along the hands on knowledge and experience that can only be gained in the field.

Growing up in a family business, Laurel learned early the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and building lasting relationships.

As a full time RVer and independent third party RV inspector, Laurel understands the questions, uncertainty, and sometimes overwhelming decisions RV buyers face.

She enjoys helping buyers feel confident about their purchase, knowing their RV is safe and that they can spend more time enjoying the RV lifestyle instead of dealing with costly surprises that should have been discovered before they took ownership.

Today, she plays a vital role in the Blue Ox RV Inspection Academy, helping aspiring inspectors strengthen their skills while ensuring RV buyers receive honest, detailed, and unbiased evaluations.
